Consensus-related withdrawals are not ordinary user-signed contract calls.
LET’S PICTURE IT
A scheduled ledger credit differs from a customer submitting a payment form.

Receive, check and share across independent nodesStep 1 / 4
A node receives a proposed transaction or block-related message. Receipt is not the same as accepting its claims.
A node receives a proposed transaction or block-related message. Receipt is not the same as accepting its claims. The node checks the relevant authorization and protocol rules. Popularity does not make an invalid state transition valid.Valid candidate data can propagate to peers. Connections and timing differ, so there is no perfect simultaneous worldwide view.Peers validate under the same protocol rules. This illustration is about verification and propagation, not a complete proof-of-stake consensus algorithm.

Identify the withdrawal path
Validator withdrawals involve consensus state and execution-layer crediting under specified processing rules. They are not simply ERC-20 transfers.
Separate request and processing
Eligibility, withdrawal credentials and queue or sweep behavior determine when processing occurs. A request or eligible balance does not guarantee immediate inclusion.
Keep newer mechanisms contextual
Execution-triggered requests and other upgrades add specific rules. Check the target fork rather than applying one historical lifecycle description universally.
Inspect the credited destination
The relevant credentials and processed withdrawal record determine the destination. Do not infer it from a validator nickname or a user-interface label.
Map the protocol concept
validator state and credentials
→ eligibility and processing rules
→ execution withdrawal record
→ native balance credit
A conceptual model. Exact fields, limits and processing rules must be checked against the intended network fork.
QUICK CHECK · NO PRESSURE
Is a processed validator withdrawal just an ordinary signed token-transfer call?
It has a distinct consensus/execution processing path.
